Order was 2 hrs 10 minutes after ordering 1 hrs 10 after they said it would be delivered 55 minutes after I was told 10 mins. Food was cold also.

Cold food delivered an hour and twenty minutes late with no apology. Absolutely gross undercooked apple pie. Hard chips. We rang three times each time either 'five minutes' or 'on it's way'. I've always been a staunch supporter of Tastyland as it has had a lot of stick during the last 15 years that I have been using it but no more. I will never order from them again.

Ordered at 16 30. Still not arrived at 17 30 so phoned and was told 5 minutes. Phoned again at 17 55 and was told 5 to 10 minutes. Finally delivered at 18 15 and was stone cold. Had to microwave the food. Called them and was told the manager wasn't there

Chilli was put on burger after I had put no chilli. So couldn’t eat it as I’m allergic to it

Food was cold because the can of drink was in the same bag as the food

It was cold not as good as other del I have had from there

My order requested delivery for 8.30pm as we were visiting friends. The order was delivered at 7.30pm whilst we were out. Stone cold food by the time we got back. Clearly stated on the order that delivery would be 8.30pm. Unacceptable
